i drew it again whilst in a halloweeny mood
but i now have a deviation account and would like to upload my terrible copy up?
if you would say im allowed i would be more than relieved cause im scared of federal crimes and such =0
but copying and it and uploading it on a da account and claiming that the design and concept is yours is considered as art theft.
Cuz according to deviant art policy
any situation where a user takes the original art, photography, or writing of another person (a 'third party'
and if one discovers a deviation or scrapbook addition is an "edit", manipulation, direct trace over, or is a fairly precise copy of his/her own work, the artist can report to DA as violation of rights.
This will make the traced over/redrawn version to be removed and your account be possibly be banned.
