Rag Cat......is a Cat that is dressed in rags. The little "dress" she has sewed up are made up of patches of skin (human and animals alike). She loves colors so she collected different colored skins to patch it all up to form a special little dress for herself. And YES, she accidentally sewed sauron's EYE into her dress too...
